TO BE ANNOUNCED: Updated Standard Contract Form; Revised State Grants, Federal Sub-Grants and Subsidies Policy

A new version of the Standard Contract Form will be updated and available at 714industriallocks.com/forms and mass.gov/lists/osd-forms later this month. The release date will be pushed back from the previously announced November 8 date. Please check the CTR Weekly Update for further details and the date of the announcement.

The updated Standard Contract Form will include a section regarding Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) obligations and commitments. Additionally, the Standard Contract Form will clarify options for interim contracts.

The updated Standard Contracts Form will be available as a fillable PDF or as a DocuSign PowerForm. The Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications document will also be updated.

In concert with this update, the State Grants, Federal Sub-Grants, and Subsidies Policy will be updated as well. The updated policy will reflect changes in state and federal law, supplier diversity considerations, current Office of the Comptroller practices, and will be reorganized for clarity and brevity.
